MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE

The academic year was guided by an active and supportive management team. We extend our sincere gratitude to the PTMA members, including the President, Vice President, and Executive Committee, for their continuous involvement in the welfare and development of the school.

OBSERVANCES AND NATIONAL DAYS

We believe in fostering a sense of national pride and global awareness. The school observed several important days with enthusiastic student participation:
  • Environment Day: Focused on sustainability and green initiatives. SMC Chairman PK Abdul Latheef planted saplings in the school yard and delivered an awareness speech to the students.
  • Hiroshima Day: Observed to promote peace and non-violence. Students participated in a procession.
  • Independence Day & Republic Day: Celebrated with patriotic fervor and cultural programs presented by students and teachers.
  • Teacher’s Day: A day of gratitude honoring our dedicated educators, celebrated with great enthusiasm.
  • Children’s Day: Special programs were conducted with guest speaker Dr. Suresh.
  • Montessori Day: Celebrating early childhood education through activity showcases by students.

SPORTS AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION

  • Badminton: Our team secured the 2nd Runner-up position at the MES State Badminton Tournament held at Valanchery MES.
  • Chess: Students participated in the State MES Chess tournament, demonstrating sharp strategic skills.
  • Football: Regular training and matches were organized to promote teamwork and fitness.
  • Sports Meet: The annual athletic meet was a grand success, highlighting the spirit of healthy competition.
  • Karate: Discipline and self-defense training through regular Karate sessions.

ACADEMIC AND CO-CURRICULAR FESTS

  • Science Fair: A platform for young innovators to display their projects.
  • IT Fest: Focused on digital literacy and technological skills.
  • Arts Day: A vibrant celebration of music, dance, and fine arts.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENRICHMENT

  • Abacus: Enhancing mental arithmetic and concentration.
  • School Radio & Radio Station: Providing a platform for communication and student voice.
  • Personality Development & Public Speaking: Specialized workshops to build student confidence.
  • Awareness Programs: Sessions were conducted on Drug Awareness and Parent Awareness Classes to ensure a safe and informed community.

FIELD TRIPS AND EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

  • Educational Tours: A visit to Ooty and Active Planet.
  • Community Visits: Trips to the Post Office, Police Station, and Civil Service related exposures.
  • Scientific Exploration: A visit to the Planetarium was held to expose students’ interest in science.

CONCLUSION

The academic year 2025–2026 has been a journey of growth and achievement for MES A. A. Rahim Memorial Central School. We remain committed to providing an environment that balances academic excellence with physical and emotional well-being.
